About the role

We are looking for Accountants and Senior Accountants to join our Albury Business Advisory team. The role involves working closely with diverse clients, gaining exposure to a broad range of industries, and taking ownership of meaningful work that supports business growth.

Responsibilities
Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Providing business advisory, taxation, and strategic support to SMEs, family businesses, and high‑net‑worth individuals.
Building trusted relationships with clients and becoming a valued business advisor.
Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and add value beyond compliance.
Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
Reviewing work and providing technical guidance.
Working collaboratively with specialists across the broader RSM network.
Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the office.

Qualifications




Public practice accounting experience.
CA or CPA qualifications (or working towards them).
Robust technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
A proactive and client‑focused approach.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
A passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
A desire to continue learning, growing, and developing your career.
