Located in Tamworth, Nazareth Care is a fully accredited, not-for-profit organisation and home to 90 residents. Nazareth House provides excellence in person centred and clinical care, with respect and compassion for all - Aged Care from the heart.

We are currently seeking an energetic Registered Nurse or RN to join our friendly team on a Casual basis. Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.

What you will be doing:
Providing a high level of clinical care, assessments and support
Leading and mentoring the team; driving improvements and best practice
Engaging with residents, family members, doctors and health professionals
Documentation and accurate record keeping

What we are looking for:
Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA registration
Experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within Aged Care
A natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills
Enthusiasm and passion for making a difference
NDIS Screening Check and Training Module (or willing to obtain)
Flexible availability over AM, PM or ND shifts
