Support Worker – Home Care

Location: Rosewood, QLD
Position: Casual (approx.40 hours per fortnight)
Remuneration: $41.57 – $46.20 per hour (incl. 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Perks

Responsibilities
Provide person‑centred care tailored to each client’s goals and preferences
Assist with personal care (e.g., showering, dressing, grooming)
Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping
Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
Encourage independence, confidence and social connection
Work closely with Care Partners and families to deliver consistent care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent




Experience working in home care or aged care
A caring, respectful, client‑focused approach
Robust communication and relationship‑building skills
Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance and a National Police Check
