What are we looking for?

We're seeking experienced Sommelier’s with a solid track record in premium & fine dining and a passion for wine, to elevate guest experiences and ensure service excellence across our high-end restaurant portfolio.
Ideal candidates will have:




2+ years experience working as a Sommelier or Head Sommelier within fine dining or premium dining restaurants
A passion for guest experience and creating memorable moments for our guests
Deep knowledge of Wine, Spirits and Beverage
Thorough understanding of Restaurant Sequence of Service and daily operations
WSET 2, WSET 3 or Court of Masters Qualification

Salary
$75,000 - $95,000 + super - negotiable depending on experience.
