About the Role

MACFORCE Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Operator to join our operations, based in Henderson. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with solid warehouse experience who can lead by example, coordinate daily operations, and maintain high standards of safety, productivity, and quality within a busy activated carbon manufacturing and distribution facility.

Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations
Lead and support warehouse staff to ensure safe and effective workflows
Operate forklifts to load, unload and move activated carbon products
Receive, store and dispatch stock while maintaining accurate inventory records
Coordinate container loading and unloading activities
Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance requirements
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures




Assist with training and mentoring warehouse team members
Liaise with production, logistics and management teams to meet operational requirements

Requirements
Previous experience in a Senior Warehouse Operator, Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role
Current LF Forklift Licence
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
Experience leading and motivating warehouse teams
Good computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
