dnata Australia’s Ground Services team is seeking a Senior Workforce Analyst to deliver national workforce planning and analysis across all operational workgroups. The role is a full time position with national scope at Sydney International Airport.

You will forecast resource availability, govern leave and training, optimise resource allocation, develop seasonal baseline plans, and provide expert, data-driven advice to stakeholders to support financial, commercial, and operational decisions.
