About the role

This is a dynamic, hybrid role where you will split your time between front-line customer service at the trade counter and keeping our operations running smoothly through warehousing and delivery duties. You'll thrive here if you enjoy a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment where you can be hands-on and constantly on the move.

Key responsibilities
Serve trade customers over the counter and via phone, delivering a skilled, friendly, and efficient experience
Respond to customer enquiries, provide accurate quotes, and process orders promptly
Build and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with our local customer base
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
Conduct local deliveries to customer sites, ensuring goods arrive on time and in perfect condition
Assist with receiving and putting away incoming freight, stock management, and merchandising
Help ensure the warehouse and trade counter areas are kept clean, safe, and well-organised

About you
A customer-first mentality with an excellent telephone manner and a strong work ethic
A motivated self-starter who is happy to jump from the computer to the walkie-stacker to the delivery ute to help the team get the job done
Strong attention to detail,



particularly when processing orders and managing stock
A current Australian driver's licence is essential
A forklift licence is highly beneficial, but not mandatory
Previous experience in electrical trade sales, warehousing, delivery, or retail is highly beneficial
