An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Supervisor – Manager to join a growing Australian business servicing customers nationwide.

We are a proudly 100% Indigenous-owned and Supply Nation Certified company, supplying high-quality pumping, fluid handling and piping solutions across a wide range of industries throughout Australia.

As a new and rapidly growing business, we have a small, close-knit team with big ambitions. We're looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of helping build a business, leading by example, and playing a key role in our continued growth. Supervisor – Manager Opportunity

Location: Eagle Farm, Brisbane

About the Role
Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the business.
Lead, mentor and help grow a small team as the business expands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and industry partners.
Assist in driving sales growth and identifying new business prospects.
Implement and improve operational systems and processes.
Work closely with the Directors to help shape the future direction of the business.

About You




Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
A hands‑on leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
Solid leadership, organizational and communication skills.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Commercially minded with a passion for customer service and business growth.
Experience in industrial pumps, fluid handling, mining, manufacturing, water, agriculture or related industries will be highly regarded.
A current driver's licence is essential.
