The Big Group is seeking an experienced Café Chef to join the State Library Victoria kitchen in Melbourne. Working from menus created by our culinary team, you will prepare and present daily cafe offerings to a high standard.
You will manage your section, maintain food safety and cleanliness, and ensure dishes are prepared efficiently and beautifully presented. The role involves making sandwiches, wraps and breakfast items, plus prep for the next day and occasional internal catering orders.
