Armstrong Manufacturing Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and versatile Manufacturing Technician to join our growing team.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of activities across manufacturing, design, fabrication, customer projects and business operations. The successful applicant will work closely with the business owners and play an important role in delivering quality products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing technology and process improvement
Operation of CNC and workshop machinery
CAD design and drafting
Product manufacturing and assembly
Welding and fabrication
Project coordination and project management support
Customer communication and relationship management
Quality control and continuous improvement
Procurement and supplier coordination
Business leadership input

About You
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings




Good communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
