We are currently seeking an experienced Caravan Service Technician to work alongside a team of dedicated repair technicians in providing mechanical and warranty repair applications for large caravan brands such as Jayco and Crusader Caravans. The company has a positive climate, offers outstanding educational experiences, and has a monthly RDO for all staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform a range of service-based repairs and maintenance items on caravans, including bearing inspections, brake adjustments, suspension inspections, component lubrication and external silicone works.
Provide technical advice and guidance to customers and staff when required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of repair work (eg. Photos of work completed, repair comments, etc)
Assist in managing workshop inventory and supplies as required.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:
Experience PREFERRED (but not required) in caravan servicing methods and problem solving in areas such as bearings, brakes, suspension, tow couplings, trailer lighting and silicone maintenance.
Experience in the use of powered hand and benchtop tools.
Computer skills,



including experience with industry-specific software and programs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with relevant workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Must hold a current and valid driver’s license.
Forklift license and have experience operating one in a similar environment is advantageous, but not essential.
