2+ years of hands-on Shopify development experience (Shopify or Shopify Plus)
Experience with Shopify's Admin API, Storefront API, and Webhooks
Familiarity with headless commerce frameworks (e.g., Hydrogen, Next.js) is a plus
Understanding of retail e-commerce operations: product catalogs, inventory sync, promotions, order management
Experience integrating third-party apps and platforms (ERP/POS systems like NetSuite, Shopify POS, Klaviyo, etc.)
Experience with Git/version control and agile development workflows
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
Shopify Partner or Shopify Plus certification
Experience with React, Node.js, or other contemporary JS frameworks
Background working with retail/apparel/consumer goods brands
Familiarity with checkout customization (Shopify Functions, Checkout UI Extensions)
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and Core Web Vitals
Experience with A/B testing tools and CRO best practices
