The Chance

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday. You’ll be involved in both sewing and production tasks in our factory.

Your responsibilities may include, based on your experience:

Sewing Machinist Duties:
Operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture mattress components
Measure, cut, and assemble fabrics with accuracy
Ensure quality control standards are met throughout production
Maintain machinery and work areas in a protected, clean condition

About you

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role. As well as:
Experience in sewing or textile production is highly regarded
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus




Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Friendly, qualified manner with good communication skills
Flexible and team-oriented attitude
