The Opportunity

This field-based role will:

• Develop and grow existing Gippsland trade accounts
• Expand trade relationships into the SE Melbourne corridor
• Identify and convert recent trade opportunities across industrial, construction and automotive sectors

This is a relationship-led field sales role combining account management with structured territory growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen existing trade relationships
• Identify and secure new trade customers
• Execute structured call plans and territory coverage
• Provide product guidance across coatings systems
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure reliable service delivery




• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

About You

• Experience in field sales, trade sales or account management
• Background in coatings, automotive, construction or industrial supply preferred
• Robust relationship builder with commercial awareness
• Comfortable managing a sales territory autonomously
• Confident using CRM or inventory systems
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence
