Has knowledge of the dog grooming industry and what's expected
Has experience OR is willing to learn and be trained to become a skilled groomer
Understands the physical and mental demands of grooming
Can stay calm and qualified - even with challenging dogs
Takes pride in their work and wants to keep improving
Has a solid focus on quality + care
Wants to be part of a supportive, grounded team environment
