Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with organisational policies and public sector standards.
Provide advice and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
Contribute to process improvements within the recruitment function.

A successful Volume Recruitment Specialist should have:

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
