The Australian Good Food Guide – Burleigh Waters QLD

The Australian Valuable Food Guide is the home of the Chef Hat Awards and Australia’s only nationwide restaurant guide. We work with thousands of hospitality venues across the country — helping them attract more diners and grow their business.

We’re looking for a Customer Success professionalto join our CS team and help manage relationships with our restaurant partners to make sure they get real results from working with AGFG.

This is a proactive role focused on retention, engagement, and growth — not passive support.

The Prospect

You’ll take ownership and work directly with operators to help them maximise visibility, bookings, and value from AGFG.

Your success will directly influence client renewals, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing relationships with a portfolio of restaurant clients
Supporting onboarding and ensuring strong early engagement
Helping venues improve performance on AGFG
Running proactive check-ins with customers
Strengthening retention and renewal outcomes
Identifying prospects for account growth




Solving problems quickly and professionally
Working closely with Sales, Editorial, and Product teams
Keeping CRM activity accurate and up to date

About You

You’re organised, confident with people, and commercially aware.

Customer Success
Account Management
Client Service
Hospitality operations
