IFYS in Queensland seeks a Residential Youth Worker to support children and young people in a secure, nurturing residential care setting. Reporting to the Case Manager, you will assist with daily activities, implement routines, and help with life-skills development while maintaining skilled boundaries.

Role involves managing challenging behaviours, planning activities, and completing daily case notes. Shifts include day/evening/sleepover with casual employment across Hervey Bay.
