This Monday–Friday position offers the opportunity as the in-house Property Manager in a friendly and supportive environment with training by an experienced Manager with more than 30 years in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a current property portfolio of 60 residential, commercial and retail properties across QLD, NSW & ACT
Manage tenancies and associated leasing documentation
Arrange & co-ordinate repair and maintenance requests
Maintain accurate records, property documentation & property management software (PropertyMe Pro)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the property management team
Provide support in Corporate Administration & Executive assistance

Proactively communicate with Executive Management,



tenants, tradespeople and other stakeholders to provide high-quality, solution-focused care
Experience with commercial & retail leasing documentation as well as residential
Robust organisation and prioritisation skills with keen attention to detail
Have a positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude
An cutting-edge mindset and willingness to grow and learn
Confidence in negotiation and conflict resolution

About you:
Current Real Estate Licence or registration or previously held
Knowledge of the Residential, Commercial & Retail Tenancies Acts
A current driver's license and your own vehicle
Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management
Commercial and retail property management experience is strongly preferred for this position
Intermediate skills in Microsoft 365
Experience with Property Management Software (PropertyMe Pro or similar)
Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position

This position is on site and is not a hybrid role.
