Uniting’s headspace Early Psychosis team in Western Sydney seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee three sites (Mount Druitt, Penrith, Parramatta). The role covers day-to-day operations, service delivery, team leadership and cross-site collaboration with the General Manager.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive quality and compliance, and build partnerships to support youth mental health services across sites, travelling as required.
