dnata catering & retail is seeking an experienced Operations Leading Hand to join our Sydney airport catering team. You will lead and coordinate daily catering activities to ensure aircraft are serviced efficiently and on schedule, while upholding safety, quality and regulatory standards.

You will supervise and train team members, perform Driver/Marshaller duties when required, and drive a robust team culture with a proactive hands-on approach.
