Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hairdressing services, including cuts, styles, treatments, perming, up-styles, chemical straightening, and advanced techniques requiring master cutting skills.
Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Promote and demonstrate hair care products to clients.
Supervise and mentor junior hairdressers and apprentices.
Manage appointments and maintain effective time management.




Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing.

Skill & Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience as a hairdresser.
Proficiency in a range of advanced hairdressing techniques and styles, including perming, up-styles, chemical straightening, and master cutting.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to undergo additional training and development.
Must be available to work weekends and public holidays.
Must be proficient in both classic and avant-garde hairdressing styles.
