Your role will blend exceptional customer service with creative flair helping brides find their perfect gown, capturing magical moments for our social media, and ensuring every detail is measured to perfection.
Manage appointment schedules and maintain a beautifully presented showroom. Capture and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, showcasing current arrivals, behind-the-scenes moments, and real bride stories. Respond to online enquiries and messages with prompt, friendly, and informative communication.
Assist with merchandising, unpacking current stock, and keeping displays fresh and inspiring.
