The Role
Answer inbound customer calls and enquiries
Follow up warm leads and customer enquiries
Book jobs and appointments




Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes and check in with customers for feedback
Problem‑solve on the spot and find solutions for customers
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
Become a valued part of a supportive, high‑performing office team

About You
Confident on the phone — comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls
Warm, engaging and genuinely likeable
Outstanding problem solver who thinks on their feet
Highly organised and switched on
