This is an exciting prospect for experienced technicians or workshop controller who want to transition into a leadership role, managing workshop operations and driving excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of workshop activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all tasks
Coordinate and support a team of technicians, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction
Monitor workshop performance, productivity, and quality control
Maintain an organised and efficient workflow, managing parts and resources effectively
Assist in training and development for team members
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience as a qualified automotive technician, with a solid understanding of repair and maintenance processes
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Volkswagen experience will be highly regarded, but not essential
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace
