Ability Action Australia is expanding its Concierge Team, and we are seeking a proactive, people‑focused individual to join our office‑based role in Bruce. You will be the first point of contact for participants, guiding them from referral through to booking and ongoing support.
You will reach out by phone, SMS and email, coordinate with clinicians, manage referrals in our systems, and help participants access the right support quickly. Empathy, initiative and reliability are highly valued.
