What You’ll Be Doing
Lead all cost planning, estimation, and budget control for large-scale DC builds.
Deliver strategic commercial and procurement advice to clients at every stage
Manage tenders, contract administration, and value engineering initiatives
Oversee forecasting, cost reporting, and final accounts with precision and confidence
Mentor and support junior team members, helping shape the next generation of talent

About You




Proven experience in MEP cost management/quantity surveying within a consultancy workplace
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering
Chartered (MRICS / AIQS) status or actively pursuing accreditation
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
