About The Role
Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll help lead a busy convenience and fuel operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, robust operational standards and an engaged team.
Supporting the day to day operation of the business
Leading,
coaching and developing the team
Driving sales and operational performance
Managing stock, merchandising and inventory
Maintaining food safety and store presentation standards
Delivering outstanding customer experiences
