About the Role

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a solid trade background looking to lead a major residential project? We are currently seeking a high-performing Site Supervisor to deliver 95-townhouse development based in Springfield.

Working in office using Onsite Companion, you will take full ownership of site operations, driving quality, safety, and schedules while leading a dedicated team including a Building Foreman, Leading Hands, subbies, and trades.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day operations for a 95-unit townhouse site.
Manage, direct, and motivate in office personnel including Building Foremen, Leading Hands, trades, and subcontractors.
Maintain tight quality control, project timelines, and site safety standards.
Utilize Onsite Companion to manage project workflows and reporting.





Mandatory Selection Criteria

Please Note: To be considered for this position, you MUST meet all of the following requirements. Only candidates who satisfy every point below will be shortlisted:
QBCC License: Active QBCC Site Supervisor License (or higher) is essential.
Trade Background: A proven carpentry background is required.
Relevant Experience: Demonstrated track record delivering multi-unit residential townhouse developments.
Leadership: Proven capability managing foremen, subbies, and multi-trade site teams.
Location: Based in or within an easy commute to Springfield.
