Our James Street restaurant combines rustic charm with a vibrant, contemporary atmosphere, and we're looking for enthusiastic Runners and Wait Staff to join our front-of-house team.
About the Role
Whether you're delivering dishes as a Runner or looking after your own section as a Waiter or Waitress, you'll play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing warm, friendly, and attentive service
Delivering food and beverages efficiently and accurately
Assisting wait staff and supporting smooth service across the restaurant
Building genuine connections with guests and creating memorable experiences
Learning our Italian menu and beverage offerings
Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism
What We're Looking For
Previous hospitality experience is preferred (minimum 3–6 months), however we are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
Strong communication skills and a friendly, energetic personality
The ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
Full Australian working rights
Minimum age of 16 years
Italian food and wine knowledge is a bonus, but enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a great work ethic are what matter most.
