Talent Coordinator / Team Assistant | Skilled Services Melbourne | Adaptable, choose your own office days | $100,000 package | 18 month fixed term contract

A well established professional services firm is looking for a TalentCoordinator / Team Assistant to support itsTalentfunction for an 18 month contract period. The role reports to the Head of Talent and sits inside a structured, sizeable team. The business operates nationally acrossvarious professional services, with a People and Culture / Talent function that supports a large, distributed workforce.

The Role
Coordinates end to end recruitment scheduling, including interview logistics and diary management
Liaises directly with individuals throughout the hiring process
Manages background checks and associated documentation
Provides broader administrative support to the Head of Talent and the wider People and Culture team




Acts as a first point of contact for scheduling queries from hiring teams and individuals

Background
Experience coordinating recruitment or onboarding administration
Strong scheduling and diary management skills, comfortable managing volume
Experience with background or reference checks and handling sensitive information appropriately
Transparent, professional communication style across candidates and internal stakeholders
