The Opportunity

Working closely with a tenured and successful business development team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, creating qualified opportunities and supporting the growth strategy across NSW and ACT.
Outbound phone-based business development
Lead generation and appointment setting
Prospecting via calls,



email campaigns and CRM activity
Building relationships with key decision-makers
Identifying future business opportunities and nurturing pipeline
Qualifying prospects and securing commitment for handover to senior business development professionals
Maintaining accurate sales activity within CRM

About You
Previous outbound sales, SDR, telesales or appointment-setting experience
Confidence engaging with stakeholders over the phone
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and resilient approach to prospecting
Experience working towards sales, activity or lead generation targets
CRM experience would be advantageous
A desire to build a long-term career in business development
