Withafantasticreputationinthemarketforover30years,theyareadynamicandgrowingorganisationcommittedtoexcellenceindesign, engineering andmanufacturing.

Withambitiousgrowthplans,youwillplayakeyroleinprovidingfinancialinsightstosupportstrategicdecision making.

Youwillleadandsupporttheproductionofdetailedbusinessplans,conductingdetailedfinancialduediligenceforacquisitions,mergers,andbuyouts,identifyingrisksandopportunities.



This is key within this role as the founder is about to acquire a recent business to add to the portfolio.

Requirements

Skills&Experience;:
Minimumof7-10yearsofexperienceinmanagementaccounting,ideallyinengineeringormanufacturing
Proventrackrecordofparticipatinginaudits,includingpreparationandmanagementofauditprocesses.
Extensiveexperienceinmergers,acquisitions,andbuyouts,includingduediligenceandintegration.
Excellentknowledgeoffinancialsystems,ERPsoftware,andadvancedExcelskills.
ExperiencemanagingfinancialgrowthinbusinessestransitioningfromSMEtomid-sizedoperations.
Strategicthinkerwithexceptionalleadershipqualitiesandtheabilitytomanagecross-functionalteams
