Olas Beach House is looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team full-time (5 days per week) at our stunning beachfront venue in Alexandra Headland.

About the Role

As our Breakfast Chef, you'll take the lead on breakfast service, ensuring every dish is prepared to a high standard while maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.

Your Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch dishes
Maintaining high food quality and presentation
Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
Assisting with stock control and kitchen preparation
Working efficiently during busy breakfast services




Supporting the wider kitchen team when required

What We're Looking For
Qualified Chef (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
Previous breakfast experience in a busy café or restaurant
Ability to work independently and stay organised
Passion for fresh, quality food
Reliable, punctual and professional
Available to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
