Your Role

Our Client is an Australian wholesale distributor supplying a broad range of solar and electrical products to the market, including solar DC cable , labels , isolators , and related electrical accessories . With an established local operation, Our Client supports customers across Australia through responsive service, practical product support, and reliable order fulfilment.

The Sales Administrator plays a key support role within the sales team, helping manage customer communication , order processing , sales documentation , and internal coordination with the team. This role is designed for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a B2B sales support environment.

Your Responsibilities
Customer Support: Assist with customer enquiries, follow-up, and day-to-day communication.
Order Processing: Prepare, enter, and track customer orders accurately and on time.
Sales Coordination: Support the Sales Manager, Sales Director, and Supervisor with sales administration and customer-related tasks.
Documentation: Maintain quotations,



order records, customer files, and related documents.
Internal Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams on order status, delivery updates, and customer requirements.
Relationship Management: Help maintain positive customer relationships through responsive service and reliable follow-through.

Your Skills and Experience
B2B Experience: Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, or internal sales within a B2B setting.
Communication: Robust written and verbal communication skills when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.
Order Administration: Experience with order processing, quotations, and sales documentation.
Organisation: Solid attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Systems Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using CRM, ERP, or order management systems.
Industry Exposure: Experience in wholesale, electrical, solar, or related product-based businesses is advantageous.
