Operating from our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Eagle Farm , we are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Powdercoat Process Worker to join our team.

The Role
Assist with production tasks within the powder coating process under supervision
Work across designated areas including loading/unloading, casing, or carousel operations
Follow instructions from the Lead Operator while maintaining strict safety standards
Undertake ongoing training across multiple areas to develop a broad skill set
Maintain consistent productivity to meet plant KPIs and production targets
Perform duties requiring prolonged standing and physical activity
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Good physical fitness, with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks
Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and contribute to a safe work setting
Effective organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Previous powder coating experience (advantageous, though not essential)
