About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our Dandenong-based Site. In this hands‑on role, you’ll keep our quick‑paced FMCG operation running smoothly by ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and performing at its best. You’ll play a key part in preventative maintenance, quick breakdown response, and ongoing site improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out preventative and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Diagnosing faults and performing breakdown repairs quickly and effectively
Supporting installation of new machinery and upgrades
Maintaining packing and palletising equipment




Managing spare parts and maintenance records
Working closely with production to keep lines running efficiently
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Ensuring all work meets WHS and Australian safety standards

What You’ll Bring
Strong experience in maintenance within manufacturing/FMCG
TIG/MIG welding experience (essential)
Solid skills in fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
Experience with packing / palletising equipment (highly regarded)
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks
A proactive, safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Team player with positive communication skills
