POWDER COATER / CERAKOTE APPLICATOR - FULL TIME POSITION IMMEDIATE START based in Yatala.

Join us as we launch Cerakote Ceramic Coating Services as a Certified Applicator in addition to our strong Powder Coating and Abrasive Blasting services.

You will be working with a wide range of specialised powder coatings, producing high quality finishes across a wide variety of projects where attention to detail, pride in your work and a solid work ethic are essential.

Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Friday: 7:00am - 1:30pm (early finish!)

About the Role:
Perform daily powder coating operations in a fast paced workplace
Be part of the launch of our new Cerakote service, with opportunities to develop new skills as the business grows
Ensure high-quality finishes with robust attention to detail
Maintain production efficiency and workflow
Assist with preparing, loading and unloading jobs
Work closely with a skilled and supportive team




Assist with quality control and meeting customer specifications

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years powder coating experience preferred
Strong knowledge of powder application, preparation, and curing processes
High attention to detail and quality standards
Prismatic Powder experience a bonus but not essential
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Forklift licence preferred
