Description

We are seeking a customer-focused and motivated Service Advisor to join the team at Volvo Cars South Yarra.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premium automotive brand, delivering an exceptional service experience and acting as the key link between our customers and workshop team.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the customer service journey from booking through to vehicle handover. You will ensure clear communication, accurate job management, and a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a skilled and friendly manner
Manage service bookings, job cards, and repair order progression
Communicate vehicle updates, quotes, and repair timelines to customers
Liaise with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate diagnostics




Upsell additional services where appropriate and aligned to customer needs
Ensure all documentation and invoicing is completed accurately
Maintain high customer satisfaction and dealership standards

About You
Strong customer service and communication skills
Pentana DMS experience preferred but not essential
Automotive dealership or service advisor experience (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Robust attention to detail and administration skills
Confident using systems and managing workflow processes
A team player with a proactive attitude
