What you control
Your caseload. Paeds, adult, community, telehealth, mixed. You decide the mix and it can change as your interests do.
Your referrals. Every referral is offered, not assigned. You take the ones that fit your skills, your patch and your week.
Your hours. No minimum hours, no billable targets, no KPIs.
Your patch. Work anywhere in Victoria, metro or regional, from your own home base. No clinic, no office, no commute to either.

What you earn

Up to 75.6% of billings, inclusive of super, on a tiered structure. No opaque "competitive remuneration" line.



Km reimbursement is passed through to you in full.
