Xplor is seeking an Enterprise Fitness support specialist in Melbourne for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be the first point of contact for fitness and wellbeing consumers—the members of gyms, leisure centres and studios worldwide—helping them engage with our technology and services.
Based in Melbourne with a hybrid 2–3 days in the office, you’ll handle calls, emails and chats, resolve first-line account and payment queries, and support our customers while upholding Xplor’s values.
