The Role:
Entry and Exit Inspections as well as Reporting
Routine inspections
Rental reviews
Arrears management
Maintenance
Bond disposals/ final bond reports
Landlord and Tenant liaison
Leasing

To be considered for this role, you will need to display the following:
CURRENT Certificate of registration is essential
Ideally, 6 months experience in Property Management or Real Estate
High level of communication and attention to detail
Solid organisational skills
Solid written & verbal communication skills
Outstanding telephone manner & time management
Well-presented
Valid driver's license
