About the role:
You will work with a broad private client base across complex parenting, property and financial matters, including:
Divorce,
separation and property settlement matters.
Complex parenting disputes, including relocation and allegations of child abuse.
Spousal maintenance and child support matters, including Binding Child Support Agreements.
Adoption, surrogacy and related family law advice.
Mediation, negotiation and contested court proceedings.
The ideal candidate:
Family lawyer with approximately 2–6 years’ PQE.
Strong technical experience across parenting, property, financial and dispute work.
Confident managing family law matters with an appropriate level of autonomy.
Commercial, strategic and empathetic in approach.
Strong drafting, communication and client relationship skills.
Genuine interest in building a long-term career within a growing family law practice.
