Job Title: ServiceNow developer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows, ensuring scalable and effective platform solutions.
Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules using JavaScript, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Script Includes, UI Policies, and IntegrationHub.
Develop and support integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
Collaborate with IT, business, and cybersecurity teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and optimize ServiceNow processes.
Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and adherence to development best practices.
Assist in implementing Cybersecurity-related ServiceNow solutions (e.g., Security Operations, Vulnerability Response, GRC/IRM, or SecOps) and support security compliance initiatives.

Key Skills
Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration,



including custom application development and platform configuration.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and IntegrationHub.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware.
Positive understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, ITSM processes, CMDB, and ITIL best practices.
Added advantage: Experience with Cybersecurity domains such as ServiceNow SecOps, Vulnerability Response, GRC/IRM, Security Incident Response (SIR), or security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
