As the first point of contact for residents, guests and contractors, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless concierge experience while ensuring the day-to-day operation of the building running smoothly.
You’ll build trusted relationships with residents, anticipate their needs, coordinate services, and confidently resolve issues with professionalism, discretion and care.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Full working rights in Australia.
Proven experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, concierge, guest services or premium customer service.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging personality.
A polished,
qualified presentation and a genuine passion for customer service.
Solid problem-solving ability and the confidence to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent computer skills, including booking systems, Microsoft Office and email.
Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High levels of integrity, discretion and professionalism.
The ability to build meaningful relationships while maintaining appropriate qualified boundaries
