Buddies Community Access Network – Ballarat VIC is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to a male participant living with dementia. This casual role offers an immediate start and a meaningful chance to make a real difference in a friendly, community-focused team.

You will deliver person-centred care, support daily living activities, and help the participant stay engaged in the community while promoting independence and wellbeing.
