Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (100% Onsite)

About the Role

Our client is a premier Australian leader in flooring manufacturing and supply. Driven by ongoing growth, they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their tight knit, team-oriented team. Initially based in Truganina, the business will be transitioning to a brand new facility in Port Melbourne this September. This position requires a proactive, hands on qualified dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Accurately process customer orders, credits, and invoices using the PRMS system.
Enquiry Resolution: Manage incoming calls and emails, resolving customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels, track shortages, and coordinate stock replenishment.
Sales & Administrative Support: Support the sales team with deal sheets, pricing updates, and ongoing database maintenance.
Supplier Liaison: Monitor third-party supplier service levels and KPIs to guarantee timely deliveries.





What You Bring to the Team
Experience: Proven track record in customer service and administration (experience with PRMS is highly regarded).
Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette paired with a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Technical Proficiency: Robust skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, supported by high attention to detail.
Key Attributes: A highly organized, proactive mindset with a robust commitment to team collaboration.
Aptitude: Eagerness to quickly build product knowledge to offer confident guidance to customers.
