We are looking for a customer service superstar. As the first point of contact for our site, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while delivering a professional and welcoming experience to all visitors, drivers, and internal stakeholders.
This is a part-time opportunity , ideal for someone seeking flexibility while enjoying a rewarding role within a supportive team environment.
Wednesday to Friday 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM 1 in 4 Saturday 08:00 AM to 12:00 Midday
About the role
Contractor sign ins and inductions
Basic daily reporting on activity and call logs
Printing / scanning documentation as required
Invoicing as required
Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
Ensuring general tidiness of customer facing areas
About you
Solid sense of self-motivation and enthusiasm with a high work ethic and 'can do' attitude
Attention to detail and strong organisation skills
Ability to communicate clearly and help out fellow workers when required
A willingness to work and learn
Looking for a long-term career in a rapid paced and growing industry.
