Hostel “All Rounder” – Bar, Reception - Guest Services and Housekeeping

We're seeking a skilled, and reliable Hospitality All Rounder with a proven track record in Reception , guest and and bar services with the ability and willingness to do housekeeping when needed This is a hands-on role that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional service across multiple areas of hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in similar roles, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Bar Service: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, follow RSA requirements, and maintain stock and cleanliness.
Reception & Guest Services: Manage check-ins/check-outs, handle guest enquiries, coordinate bookings, and provide local information.
Housekeeping:



Clean and prepare guest rooms and communal areas to a skilled standard.
General Hospitality Support: Assist with events, maintain a safe and welcoming setting, and support team operations as required.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1–2 years' experience in hospitality, ideally across multiple roles
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proven ability to work both independently and in a team
High attention to detail and time management skills
RSA certification must be obtained within the first week if not already held
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
