What You Will Be Doing
Providing phone and face-to-face customer service
Taking customer orders and processing sales
Coordinating dispatch activities
Managing emails and customer correspondence
Processing invoicing and maintaining records
Scheduling bookings and operational activities
Supporting general administrative functions

What You Will Need
Previous administration and customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Confidence with invoicing and dispatch processes
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and multitask




High level of attention to detail
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, physical assessment, and Drug & Alcohol screen
